We hope to make all purchases as simple as possible but if you do have any queries we are more than happy to help.

Safety Information

  • Always wear a helmet and pads when using Skateboards or Scooters bought from Ride

  • Please read safety instructions before use

  • Please ensure that you skate or ride responsibly

Faulty Items

If you do receive an item that is faulty, we need to be informed of the fault within 48 hours of receipt of goods purchased.  Please ensure that you check your purchase as soon as you receive it.  Our contact information can be found here:

Making a purchase

We have tried to make the ordering process as easy as possible.  Simply browse our store, click on the item that you would like to purchase and add it to your shopping cart where you will be able to return to the store or complete the transaction.  You will need to give us your payment details and a valid address to deliver to.  We accept credit cards and debit cards.

We will confirm that we have received an order once the checkout process has been completed.  Please wait for us to accept your order - this will then confirm that a contract exists between us which will result in an invoice displaying the full price of the item/s.  We have included this term to protect us if there are errors in pricing or we are unable to supply a particular product.  If this happens, we will contact you.

We will not contact you unless you sign up to receive special offers.  If you would like to receive marketing emails from Ride, please click here.  We will not share your information with any other companies.

Returning a purchase

We will refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the item being delivered by your carrier to your nominated address. Please return items in their original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags and any other security devices still attached.

We cannot refund or exchange personalised, perishable or time critical goods. Please see the following list for some non-exhaustive examples:

  1. Goods which have been altered, or personalised to a customer's specification;

  2. Newspapers and magazines;

  3. Audio or video recordings, (unless they are returned with seal and packaging intact);

  4. e-vouchers and Gift Cards.

This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, the discount will be applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted proportion. Additionally any free promotional gift given with an order must also be returned if you are returning those goods to which the gift related.

Please make sure that any items you would like to return are unused, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with any labels still attached.

Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. This will appear on your account within five days depending on your card issuer.
